In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I chose one from your list and lft a message on their land line. No response. Tried their mobile. It did not exist. Meanwhile my own electrician responded to my call I therefore gave trying any other on your list. Thanks anyway.”

“The email we received was very short and began with Dear Wesley Fry ( not Mr Fry) and came across as rather automated. I note his office is Exeter so rather far off for Sherborne, Dorset”

“I received details of a number of suppliers, however, to date I have not received any indicative estimates or been contacted by any of the suppliers. I used the service because of the suggestion that I would obtain indicative costs. Without indicative costs there is nothing special about the service.”

“The service acted very quickly and provided a lot of options, unfortunately some of the surveyors did not offer the service I required and two were very unprofessional in their response on the telephone.”

“Whilst you can get a quick estimate of price, this is closely followed by the usual (generally) unwanted sales calls. Very irritating. I recommend putting a nonsense phone number in unless you want to be pestered.”

“Not that many local companies listed. I was required to enter my telephone number on the enquiry. So I received a call before 07.30 am the next morning, when I was trying to get ready to leave home. Your form needs a preferred method of contact, ie. post, phone or email.”

“very quick and useful, only problem was that we were at the stage where we only wanted to get an idea of price - and we had follow up telephone calls for the rest of the afternoon”
