In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I was sent a useful selection of names, some of whom I contacted. I appreciate the way my privacy was safeguarded so that it was only when I wanted to contact a surveyor that my email was revealed. It was very helpful in allowing me to judge the range of specialisation on offer and to compare fees charged. I have now found a building surveyor and would appreciate my contact details being erased from your data base. Thank you for your useful service.”

“Good info and good for 'local' contacts. However, whilst some of the surveyors were local, most were just larger countrywide groups. It's a free service so you get what you get, But be warned. I signed up for this and within minutes, seconds!, my phone was ringing with surveyors plying for trade. And then it didn't stop. My phone then didn't stop ringing for over a week...... Up to 9 pm in the evening. I stopped answering it in the end. At one point I had 30 missed calls from one afternoon! It became ridiculous. And then there were the emails...... I had to block most of them in the end. Same generic email was sent out sometimes up to twice a day. In the end, there were no local surveyors from the area we are buying, so I went with a larger company. They at least gave a decent service.”

“We received the quotes and started getting calls. The problem is that most of the surveyors struggle to explain their services and the value it provides the buyer.every answer is riddled with uncertainty over the prpfessional conduct and qualifications RICS provides. There is little protection for anyone purchaser or seller if the surveyor makes errors. Professional negligence or otherwise. Plus the price of £200 to £250 an hour is absurd given the amount of cuts and paste.”
