“I was pleased to receive the quotes so quickly and follow up emails the following day outlining what each company provided and in great detail. My only gripe would be this, I am waiting on probate to come through so am as yet unable to engage anyone but wanted to get an idea of costs and best people to choose. I am not impressed when people (will not mention name) email me asking if I received their quote. Yes, I did, but I will pick whom I want when everything is in place. That aside, was very impressed.”

“Surveyors direct give me a good crop of leads although I am not always the first in line most seem to be genuine customers. I have won some business but it is not always easy to respond when I am out on site. It would be nice if the system could filter so that everybody got a chance to be top in a while”
