“Don't put your phone number on the form unless you want to be immediately phoned by several companies trying to get you to book their services. All offering prices significantly less than showing on the site.”

“The system's good and I had already sent my request to my chosen firm as they were writing to me asking what I needed (this was after hours, as well, so impressive). But not to have a reply after that from the firm is very poor. Obviously too 'small fry' for them, and I'll stick to the usual source (which is the village Facebook page) for recommendations. I won't be using you again.”

“The response has been very good. Not long after I made the inquiry, I received several telephone calls from legitimate, friendly architects/surveyors in my area. It turns out the project is probably not feasible, but the architect who came to give me advice was very professional and helpfully provided me with alternatives that might suit our needs. I would happily recommend him and this service.”
