“I was only looking to get a rough idea of prices for the survey of a property and no sooner had I used the website was I being harassed by people calling me all the time. “Easy to use website with immediate quotes. Ian Gow of Carfield Building Surveying wrote a very full report in an extremely quick turnaround (survey on Friday, report by 6 pm Monday) which helped me to make a clear decision to withdraw from a proposed purchase which could have been problematic. He answered my queries on the phone immediately (no ringing back needed). Excellent service at a very competitive price.”

“Very happy with this website. I made a search for local architects and surveyors and was provided with a comprehensive list (not overloaded with information, which I thought was superb!). Within a day I received several emails from them offering their services and received a call also. Within 2 days I had an appointment booked and was happy with how things had progressed. Very happy. “It gave quite a good selection of surveyors at a reasonable cost. Cut out the super high quotes that try to charge when you get in touch individually. The only not good thing was that I didn't recall giving my permission for my details to be sent to the surveyors, meaning I received a few emailed offers which I really wasn't anticipating. But it did lead to one being used. So I guess it worked out well.”
