“Surveyor was Craig Hepworth from Castleford I contacted him as he seemed to be the nearest to our location to perform an EPC. He answered his phone, (always a good sign) and made us an appointment within 2 days. Turned up on time and was very friendly and personable. His charge was very reasonable and we would recommend him to anyone in need of an EPC.”

“Fast response and a convenient way to get different price range for an EICR with full company details. I looked up at other sites and at the end of the day the cheapest quote was found on this site where one of the company called me up and it was the one with the cheapest quote which I ended up using.”

“Quite useful in ascertaining what local Electrical companies charge with respect to EICR certification, most are within an acceptable level (although still a lot higher than the 99.00 cost). With quite a few scaremongering with false claims to justify even higher costs.”

“Found several prices but then each company started contactin me regarding the quote which is very annoying. Website doesn't ask for a consent to be contacted and without entering personal details doesn't allow to get quotes. Will never use again only for this reason”
