“Fast return for local surveyors, all with prices based on web site's questions. All responding surveyors and company's with surveyors appeared to be over worked in this unique2020- 2021 SDLT and Covid time. Some responders bumped up prices after I contacted them, other's gave a long lead time. Overall a good service from the central web site but found it easier to contact local surveyors by recommendation and via House estate agents.”

“Used this service previously and was contacted by a company called Merriott Chard Ltd, read reviews online worst company ever now in Administration leaving over a million pounds owed to creditors. Used the service yesterday looking for building plans and the same company under the name LCS Ltd (Low Carbon Spaces LTD) IS Operating and suggested to me. Same owner same surveyor who actually tried to call me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”
