“Absolutely Brilliant experience. I had no idea where to start to get a new EPC certificate for our property so filled my details in on this website only to be contacted immediately by several local surveyors and a list of prices and options of local surveyors for me to contact should I want to. I went with my most local surveyor and got my certificate within the same day, could not be happier with the service.”

“I am afraid to say but you did not do very well. You should get your clients - if I may put it that way - to specify there specialities - the general term Local Surveyors brings forth applicants which ultimately waste time by claiming my requirements are too specialised - but there are not and surveyors should offer such a sevice I require!”
