In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Used website to find details where I could then contact a suitable choice. There were some good options here but I was inundated with phone calls and emails from independent surveyors afterwards. I didnt use the site to be subject to cold calling. Get too much of this already! On the positive side I did identify a surveyer from your list and their price, althoug not quite what you were quoting, was still good.”

“I cam to this website, as I am planning an extensions and needed architectural services. It appealed to me, as I was informed their service would find local companies who would be able to help. I live in Reading, Berkshire, but was sent details of only 1 company based in Southampton! I was told they would call, (they didn't), but they probably didn't want to come all the way here, when I was after someone with an understanding of local planning regulations. They may know about Southampton, but I don't live there! Think I'll stick to the yellow Pages in future...”

“The companies list given to me I got no where with them the ones I contacted, except one who I wondered the quote was dear, but so far is the only quote I have, so can not compare. I wanted extention cables replaced for the phone.”

“The survey company doesn't appear to read English or simple postcodes. A week and no survey yet arranged! Going to walk down town and pay through the nose for the local bloke. At least it will get done!”

“not great (considering i specified LEICESTER-based conveyancing solicitors) only one of the four firms was in the city, the rest were nationals "serving" Leicester - a dead loss. It would be nice to be listened to!”

Hi Guy, We are sorry you don't feel listened to - rest assured we do listen! We try to give our Customers a wide choice of Suppliers for all of our Services - so we do sometimes list National Providers, as well as Local Providers - particularly in areas where we do not have many Local Providers listed. We have taken your comments on board and we will do our best to find more Local Providers in this area. Sorry we were not able to offer what you were looking for on this occasion - we hope you will try us again sometime!

“I got a phone call from the first architect. The referral seemed very helpful. However I thought I wrote into your text box the following text: I have a new flat purchasing v. soon. It's around 650sq ft. I need an accurate plan of it drawn up so I can discuss possible development. I think it needs new flooring (same throughout prob wood parquet), new plastering, wiring (low level new sockets and new lighting), new door to balcony (in keeping with exterior), knock through between kitchen and lounge with sliding doors, new kitchen, conversion of existing bath and sep. loo to 2 loo shower rooms, storage cabinets, knocking out of old fitted cupboards, new ceilings... You can see it at: [link] However, the person phoning me said he had not received this information, so I had to explain it all again. It was important to me that all the people you contacted received the short note I had written. So it wasn't too helpful.”
