“Really lovely coffee cups for an anniversary gift. The package was gift wrapped really nicely and even had a hand written note of what I had requested be included. Seriously nice personalised touch. Will definitely be getting matching sets of the different sizes soon.”

“Bought some Broste crockery from Lillian Daph and one of the cups and saucers was poorly glazed. I was sent an immediate replacement after sending them an email about this problem. Great service, very speedy delivery and items were packed really well.”

“I discovered Lillian Daph in 2019 when I was looking for an everyday set of cups and saucers, dinnerware etc and have found them an extremely good company to deal with. I was sent a sample cup and saucer before I put in my order for a whole range of stoneware and everything they sent me has been extremely well packed and on time. I can highly recommend.”

“I ordered two coffee tables. They came in good time and I had fantastic communication with the team at LD. The tables are beautiful I'm so pleased with them. The shop is fabulous and I could furnish my entire house with their gorgeous objects.”

“Excellent personal service (and lovely product). Unfortunately, one of the mugs I ordered was chipped so I spoke with Craig who instantly refunded the cost (and very generously, the shipping). Very impressed with such a high customer service level and just great to be able to speak with a human being (despite using their online order service)! Craig even offered to add my email to the specific product so that when it comes back into stock I will get a notification. Will definitely be back to purchase again. Thank you.”
