Hi Eleanor, I hope you are well. I can confirm that these cushions do come poly filled and that it certainly should have stated this on the description which I can only apologise about. We actually have to put poly in a few other cushions that should have feather due to the national shortage on feather fillings we saw last year and into this year. I have just checked this product listing and it should have allowed you to use the signup code discount. I can see it had a price in a sale prices field as though it was on sale which blocks any product being double discounted. As an apology I will go ahead and process a refund of £12.20 (20%).
