Hi Cindy. I'm sorry to hear that your teapot hasn't arrived yet. These invitation emails are automatically sent when we fulfill an order and with the majority of our orders being in the uk people would have received the order before receiving this email asking you to review. I can see your order was placed as a pre order and with your delivery address being in the United States unfortunately delivery does take a few days rather than next day which we ship here in the UK. Hopefully you will receive your order soon as it was dispatched late this week. Best wishes Team LD

Hi Kristin, I'm sorry to hear that your order was delayed. I can see your order was for a pre-order which has just passed the 4 weeks maximum wait time. I can also see your order was despatched last week on time but unfortunately possibly lost in transit. A second order has already been dispatched and should soon be with you later this week with you being in the USA. Unfortunately as soon as the parcels leave us it is completely out of our hands and rely on the couriers delivering our parcels safely and on time. We will of course be looking into this and we have acted as quickly as possible when we found out this has been the case. Very poor info re shipping you say spend £85 for free shipping then when I add extra shipping doesn't change. Chat bot doesn't work either. You are lucky to have my custom if it hadn't been a specially requested gift I would have given up.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I can only apologise that your chat wasn't responded to instantly during this peak time. We aim to respond to all chat message instantly but at busy time we are just unable too, the messages are save which we will always pickup and respond to which I have just done. In regards to the shipping amount, I can see you have placed an order for £81 which wouldn't have fell into the free shipping of £85. Having the shipping on top of the £81 doesn't mean that then your order then qualifies for free shipping as it needs to be the sub total before shipping is on. Delivery took ages, never kept informed by shop always had to chase. Item listed as simple to construct couple of bolts etc, looks like an IKEA nightmare to put together. Will not be shopping Lillian Daph again. Back to IKEA or Barker and Stonehouse.

Good morning We are sorry that there was a lack of communication around the delivery time of your handmade product. These products are made locally (within 7 miles of the store) and are made to order. Unfortunately at times of demand, lead times can be a little longer than estimated. Apologies, this should have been communicated more clearly to you immediately after ordering. They really are very simple to construct, however if you require any help we are an email or phone call away, or you are welcome to pop in store and would be more than happy to talk things over. Many thanks for shopping local and for understanding that handmade products can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to be produced.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product so I am returning it. NB. The packaging it arrived in was inadequate so I have had to supply new packaging to return it.

Delivery delayed, took 4 days to be delivered. Won't refund the price difference even I received the item on the day that it is on sale. Won't buy it again.

Good afternoon Unfortunately we are unable to refund discounts on orders already received. If you would like to return your order and place it again to receive the Black Friday discount of course you are more than welcome to do so. I do understand this can be frustrating (I have had it personally whilst shopping this week with many large retailers) however unfortunately for us to stay afloat in the retail game we must try and at least offer some incentive to our online customer during this crazy Black Friday time of year. Many retailers compete and our suppliers actually work with us to allow discounts to be given between specific dates. I do hope that you can understand. I am very sorry your delivery was delayed , we will of course take this up with DPD. Many thanks Christina

I bought the Mawi Cow Hooks and the order does not look like it does on the photo. I bought and imported this to Denmark, and now it turns out I could have gotten the exact same thing here (which I didn't want because it doesn't look as interesting as the one Lilian Daph advertised on the website). It's a real bummer since I paid an additional 38£ to get it delivered internationally.

Hi Thea, Firstly, can I apologise that you weren't satisfied with your order. We have a few variations of the Mawi Cow Hook (black and antique brass) as well as an Antelope version, these items are hand forged so it is possible there can be some variation between products. Here at Lillian Daph we always try our best to photograph products ourselves to ensure that our customers get a true representation of colour, size etc. as well as providing accurate descriptions. Sometimes, however this isn't always possible, due to the speed at which stock comes in and the time it sells, particularly at the moment when we have staff coming in less often to adhere to national lockdown restrictions. You entice me to purchase by offering me the code FREESHIP but when I reach the checkout £5.95 has been added and the FREESHIP code has been ‘removed’ Also that little review box which appears at the left hand side is very annoying as it inhibits you knowing what information to place in the appropriate box.
