“I bought the Mawi Cow Hooks and the order does not look like it does on the photo. I bought and imported this to Denmark, and now it turns out I could have gotten the exact same thing here (which I didn't want because it doesn't look as interesting as the one Lilian Daph advertised on the website). It's a real bummer since I paid an additional 38£ to get it delivered internationally.”

Firstly, can I apologise that you weren't satisfied with your order. We have a few variations of the Mawi Cow Hook (black and antique brass) as well as an Antelope version, these items are hand forged so it is possible there can be some variation between products. Here at Lillian Daph we always try our best to photograph products ourselves to ensure that our customers get a true representation of colour, size etc. as well as providing accurate descriptions. Sometimes, however this isn't always possible, due to the speed at which stock comes in and the time it sells, particularly at the moment when we have staff coming in less often to adhere to national lockdown restrictions.

“You entice me to purchase by offering me the code FREESHIP but when I reach the checkout £5.95 has been added and the FREESHIP code has been ‘removed’
Also that little review box which appears at the left hand side is very annoying as it inhibits you knowing what information to place in the appropriate box.”

I am sorry to hear that the free ship code didn't work for you at checkout, we have just checked this is still active and working correctly which it seems to be, apologies again. As a small independent we always have access to emails etc so we could have rectified this issue promptly which would have hopefully provided you with the free shipping on your order.
Again apologies if you found the review widget annoying that stays on our page, we have this on in the hope it provides the user with confidence when purchasing from our site.
