“It would have been five stars but the plate arrived broken , well packed so the carrier at fault. I wrote and told them but having heard nothing , rang. I spoke to a very friendly young woman who said it was being replaced but have not heard any more . I am disappointed as it sounded a really lovely business.”

Hi Anna, I completely understand your frustration, and I'm very sorry that this has been your experience. We had every intention of sending the replacement and had set this aside last Friday. Unfortunately, when we came to process it this morning, we discovered that we had unexpectedly sold out of that particular plate. We always try to maintain good stock levels, but from time to time a particular item can sell through more quickly than anticipated, and unfortunately this was one of those occasions. As requested, I have processed a full refund for the damaged plate, which should be back with you shortly depending on your payment provider. Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused. Best Wishes, Craig

Hi Silmara, We have just responded to your other email to but unfortunately this return was out of our hands and I'm not sure why DHL have returned your order to us as I can see neither us or you have requested this.
