“This company has exceptional customer service! I called concerning tile grout (didn't have a clue what I needed) and they were incredibly helpful and patient with me and even sent me photos of what the end product would look like! They went above and beyond on my view and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Delivery was also very speedy!”

“The person I spoke to the phone was friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and the delivery came in good time. Only oddity was that one of the delivery boxes was packed out using what looked like random junk they had lying around - torn up cardboard and IKEA instruction manuals. Odd!”

“Ordered products at a good price and when delivered were well packaged. The delivery was, however, not quite what was intended as the goods arrived two days late, but this was not the fault of Lilley Tile and Stone, but Parcel Force. Lilley Tile and Stone did refund the delivery cost as a result - thanks.”
