“Placed an order on the site, but it the product was actually out of stock. They called me to resolve and got my order to me really quickly. I was really impressed with their customer service, it was only a small order but the part meant my tiling job wasn’t stopped or delayed, so their great service had a really positive impact. Thank you!”

“Fantastic service!I ordered on line and they rang me to say they didn't have the colour grout ai wanted but could do it in a shade under.As I needed a lot and quickly,that was very useful.It arrived the following day too.Customer service as you always hope for but don't always get!!!Thankyou.”
