“I ordered some Schlüter Quadec stainless steel tile trim that was despatched very quickly. Unfortunately the courier managed to bend the tube containing the trim, and with it the contents. I emailed Stu to alert him of the issue and he rapidly despatched a replacement trim and shipped it on a pre 12 noon as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks.”
