David. We have just finished checking your order and it would appear a sealant applicator pad went missing whilst on route. After you informed us we shipped a new one straight away. “I recently finished my kitchen re-furbishment and was looking for a dark blue grout! I contacted Mapei direct and they put me in touch with Lilley Tile and Stone. Their service was excellent and very helpful and explained about the grout, which unlike normal grout is not powder but a resin. It looks absolutely amazing . Thanks Simon”

“I ordered some Schlüter Quadec stainless steel tile trim that was despatched very quickly. Unfortunately the courier managed to bend the tube containing the trim, and with it the contents. I emailed Stu to alert him of the issue and he rapidly despatched a replacement trim and shipped it on a pre 12 noon as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks.”
