Pamela, thanks for your review. According to our records your order was placed on Saturday 28th May 2016. With the Bank Holiday break your order was shipped today (31st May 2016) on standard courier. Please let us know if there is something we missed on this but is it possible you may have reviewed the wrong company? Our phone number is also listed at the bottom of every page with the address just in case you do need to speak to us.

“Hi Lilley Tile & Stone, Ordered on line, not a bad price compared to some. Delivery was on time, courier telephoned me twice to make absolutely sure nothing went wrong, even wheeled the pallet into my customers garage out of the rain. “Absolutely brilliant - needed a specific tile trim in a specific colour and next day delivery - Lilley Tile and Stone were not only profession and well priced but they were the only people out of ten phone calls who could actually get me the product direct from the manufacture the next day. Perfect.”

“We ordered some chocolate coloured grout when it came it was the wrong colour. We returned it got a refund but no apology???? . I wouldn't recommend using them. Rubbish service.”

Andy Naturally we apologise for any incovenience caused due to any error on our part. I would however be extremely grateful if you could confirm your order number and email address that you used to place the order so i can investigate your complaint in more detail. “The bulk of my order was for Schluter Kerdi Board and the ancillary products for sealing the walls surounding a bath with a shower. Having never used Schluter products previously I had a number of questions. The Lilley website had manufacturers data sheets available for all the materials I ordered answering most of my questions. The couple of questions I still had were answered by phoning Lilley directly. It's great to talk to someone who knows and uses the products they sell. The order process was very easy and clear and followed by confirmation emails for order receipt and despatch. The order was received well packed, in good order with accompanying paperwork. The delivery charges were very reasonable. Thanks.”

Leticia, Can you please confirm that this order was received? I will also speak to despatch and find out why there was a delay on shipping your order. Review requests themselves are automated and sent out 24-48hrs after the order has been placed. They are linked to the order you place so that only real reviews from people that have ordered from us are listed. I will look into the possibilty of linking the review request to a shipment confirmation instead.

“An excellent service from Lilley tile & stone. Our order was for tile adhesive which arrived quickly and was well protected. The price was excellent too, even with the delivery cost. Communication was spot on. The company comes highly recommended, from someone who doesn't give praise easily!”

“I've paid £35 for a next day delivery, which did not arrive next day, the reason being that on your website is not specified during the checkout the cut-off time for this type of orders. More transparency would be much appreciated in the future.”

We apologise that you did not receive your goods when you needed them. There is a notice in checkout which warns of a 12 midday cut off time. This is listed under "Important Delivery Information" . However, we will review it's positioning on our up-coming system update to try and make it more noticeable.
