We were sorry to hear about the damage. I understand that a member of our team spoke to you on Friday and the replacement will be with you tomorrow 12/04/16. I'll check with our packing department to see what actions can be taken to make the packaging more sturdy.

“excellent service from Stu, quick turn around of order on Schluter stuff. website pretty good - although hierarchy to some schluter stuff gets quite deep to find everything - also the description of some componets - ie the internal corners (pre cut or pre fabricated) could be added.”
