Leticia, Can you please confirm that this order was received? I will also speak to despatch and find out why there was a delay on shipping your order. Review requests themselves are automated and sent out 24-48hrs after the order has been placed. They are linked to the order you place so that only real reviews from people that have ordered from us are listed. I will look into the possibilty of linking the review request to a shipment confirmation instead.

“An excellent service from Lilley tile & stone. Our order was for tile adhesive which arrived quickly and was well protected. The price was excellent too, even with the delivery cost. Communication was spot on. The company comes highly recommended, from someone who doesn't give praise easily!”

“I've paid £35 for a next day delivery, which did not arrive next day, the reason being that on your website is not specified during the checkout the cut-off time for this type of orders. More transparency would be much appreciated in the future.”

We apologise that you did not receive your goods when you needed them. There is a notice in checkout which warns of a 12 midday cut off time. This is listed under "Important Delivery Information" . However, we will review it's positioning on our up-coming system update to try and make it more noticeable.

We were sorry to hear about the damage. I understand that a member of our team spoke to you on Friday and the replacement will be with you tomorrow 12/04/16. I'll check with our packing department to see what actions can be taken to make the packaging more sturdy.
