“The lights are beautiful but unfortunately the planned delivery time was changed as the package was too big. They delivered the next day with out sending me a notification and left the lights outside my house in the rain for 2 days as I had gone away. I am praying they will still work but doubt it as the boxes were saturated right through. Shall be returning for full refund if they turn out to be broke when we fit them.”

“Product was as described and posted promptly. However this particular porch light instructions on how to fit I found difficult to understand. I ended up getting my local electrician to fit it and even he found it 'fiddly'!”

“I purchased the Lucide Gipsy Concrete 4 Light Bar Ceiling Pendant for the kitchen and the delivery service was excellent, however the light was too big for the area required and unfortunately I had to return in. I will consider using lighting direct again as the range and choice of contemporary lighting is very good.”
