“Delivery first rate. The online site was easy to navigate. Charged twice for delivery as I ordered lamps separately.. Orders placed 3 mins apart. Asked for discretionary refund..denied. NOT good Customer Relations.”

“Second batch of outside lights purchased and the on line ordering was easy and delivery quick. The delivery date was a day later than expected but I received an e mail before hand to apologise that the delivery would be a day late, so no issue there. The manufacturers had also changed the design of the transformer so the 3 pin plug no longer fitted into the covered outside socket, however on contacting Lighting Direct a replacement was sent by them that matches the one we already have, so the outside socket can now have the protective cover closed. Excellent customer server.”
