“Second purchase from Lighting Direct and as always the quality and price are fabulous. The flush fitting ceiling light came well packaged and within a couple of days of ordering. Unfortunately my other half broke one of the shades whilst fitting it. He felt dreadful for his clumsiness. I e-mailed the customer service team explaining what had happened and asked if there was any way I could get a spare shade. Within a coupe of hours I was informed a new shade would be sent to me. I received it the very next day by courier at no extra cost to me. That customer service was way beyond my expectations. A big thank you.”

“I received a faulty unit. The replacement unit works fine. They did say there was a 3 day response time to customer services for faulty Goods. I did not receive a response. So after a week +I resubmitted request, received a response within the timescale. New unit received no questions asked. Delivery excellent.”
