“Service was prompt and items dispatched as promised, to arrive on 12th July 19, one day later. Unfortunately, HERMES carrier have mislaid the parcel and I have now had to track this information down and a duplicate order is being sent..too late for the party date - today. But thank you for your prompt action, as I am now resident in France and cannot get a replacement gift any swifter.”
