Good service until package was delivered with 50% of contents broken - awaiting replacement.

When ordering my item I was told there would be a weeks delay. This became several months, but I was not updated on this until I complained. Once delivered the light was what I wanted, was easy to fit, and is serving the purpose intended very well. Shame there was a lack of communication early on.

Glass was smashed when it arrived and they did replace the item as they said they could not send replacement glass and I would have to wait for it to come from Italy. I had to pay for another lamp and wait for a refund from the original purchased lamp. Average service to get the matter resolved.

Good product. Poor communication. When I bought the product it said it was in stock but they only told me several days later that there was a delay on 2 of the 3 items

Incorrect address added to a lack of stock resulted in nearly a month delay however I was kept informed of progress without having to chase was a good service

I had a delivery date, after it didn't turn up I had to get in touch in order to push it along to get my lights, otherwise all good

Lampost i bought is lovely staff and service first class. I was just so disappointed that there was no wire with plug on. As i am a pensioner ive now got to pay for an electrician to wire it up to fuse box. Regards Carole dowding

A good product, but we specifically asked not to deliver last Tuesday 25th Feb. The parcel was delivered by Hermes on that day.

I ordered a double LED solar post light but received a single LED model. This was annoying as I had waited over a month for the double LED to be available. On the up side, the customer service team offered a 12.5% discount or a full refund, which I thought was okay. I was told the item description would be changed online.

Service was OK. The original delivery date was missed and they advised me of a later one which was a bit of a pain, but parts got here OK in the end

Cheap & it proves it. It is almost impossible to fit the wire & connections have insufficient room to then fit to wall bracket. I had to bodge the fitting then tape all round to try to protect contents from weather. I would not recomment this light unit.

Delivery, no problem! Product questionable. No where does it state in the pre- sales blurb that the light sensor will be adversely affected by reflected light from above. The wall light has been fitted to a wall under a porch with a UPVC white ceiling and was affected by the obvious reflected light during the hours of darkness, (switching on/off every 30 seconds). This problem has been resolved by fixing a "black" plastic shade 9x5cms over the light sensor, now working dusk till dawn as advertised. The LED light in my opinion would be better as "warm white" rather than stark white as supplied. I would also question the vandal proof claim, the unit is plastic including the globe panels and could easily be vandalised. Paid top price against the competition and expected better.

No problem with the product or the delivery. Only problem was that you had sold out of the bulbs.

Prompt service. Ordered 5 of the same lights. 4 very nice, 1 was slightly twisted and shouldn?t haven?t passed a quality control process

Prompt service with some of the order, although not all products have been delivered yet. 365 Butterfly Solar Lights do not work but I am still trying to move the solar panel to different sites too see if that is the problem
