Delivered on time and OK quality but the description didn't mention that the lights were LED (or I must have missed it) so rather brighter than I had expected.

Excellent service but only ordering a small cable connection less than two foot came in a box with packing when it would have been easier send it in a Jiffy bag and save on delivery charges.

I ordered the light on 28th May and it was despatched on that day according to the invoice I received. I paid extra for Express delivery 1-2 days and unfortunately the item was not delivered until 2nd June which is hardly "express "Not quite as swift

They initially sent an incorrect item and although the replacement came very quickly and efficiently, I was slightly perturbed by the amount of packaging used for just one item. It was totally excessive in my opinion and may stop me using them again. Good service overall.

Good product well packaged. BUT 1 of 3 small arms that hold light bulb away from glass shade was missing. I fabricated replacement arm so I did not have to return light fitting. In the "instructions" section I requested despatch was delayed by a few days but this was ignored. Customer services contacted me to explain that despatch is automated & that instructions section is not seen by Lighting-Direct. The purpose & limitations of the "instructions" box need to be clearly explained to those buying products.

Product was as described and posted promptly. However this particular porch light instructions on how to fit I found difficult to understand. I ended up getting my local electrician to fit it and even he found it 'fiddly'!

The supplied product was incorrectly wired and very difficult to fit due to poor design of the the fixings. I had to carry out remedial work before the light would work as it should. I brought this to the attention of Lighting Direct who thanked me for the feedback and said that their purchasing team would be informed. I've heard nothing since nor received any form of compensation for the faulty product and the work I had to carry out on it. This Company could definitely have done better!

The light is great.But it did take a month to arrive.The batteries turned up less than 24hrs after my order.But,i got 24 AAA and 2 C2.I needed 2 AAA and 8 C2.It cost me £14 to get the C2 batteries.It still looks good above a David Bowie print tho.Just a bit pissed off with time it took and having to buy more batteries.Thanks Dave

Having ordered items online, I needed to amend the order and add some led lamps. I was unable to add them to my basket - the facility simply doesn't exist on the website. I then emailed the company and received an automated reply advising they were 'busy' and to call the 0800 number instead. I rang, no reply and left a message with contact details - no response. So my advice is, check before you order because you won't be able to amend it afterwards, you cant contact them and the company won't contact you. Apart from that, my original order was fine.

Quite slow delivery but biggest issue was quality of product. very poor, missing some parts and extremely difficult to install. Wouldn't buy again.

We paid fro 1-2 day delivery. It was delivered in 4. We asked for a refund of the fast delivery fee. Nothing

Fast efficient services good website, but once they get your email they send a marketing email every two days, and you cannot alter the interval so I unsubscribed and will probably forget them. Why not have a more granular way of selecting the number of emails I would rather have a email every month.

Service was very good and delivery was spot on. I am slightly disappointed by the product though and I feel the description on the website could have been more accurate
