“very helpful and prompt when I needed to email you guys but I would have rather not had to email if the product had been what I wanted due to the description been more clear I would have not ordered . but the customer service team were very prompt with my queries but I could have done without the hassle”

“We ordered two of these lights and while we were pleased with the lights and the quick service, they had totally different bulbs giving off a very different light. This meant we had to buy more that matched.”

“Track lighting arrived with no instructions. Track does not have a grove along which to run the cable. Track appears to screw directly onto the ceiling, through fixed holes that don't align with the joists. These screw heads slide in and then the track slides into a groove to hold it, the groves go in different directions. When finally fixed it does what it says on the tin.”

“The lights look nice although we haven?t used them yet. Delivery was quick. We had a voucher for £10 off that wouldn?t work online, I contacted customer service by phone and email and did not receive a reply.”

“The packaging was barely adequate. DPD had a real go at destroying the parcel. Using Royal Mail would have enabled me to pick up the package from my local Post Office rather than leaving it to DPD to try to deliver it two more times.”

“The lights were poorly packaged, the box was burst but fortunately the bulbs were ok. The delivery date was a little later than estimated and its always disappointing not to get the postage free as in other parts of the UK. Otherwise the bulbs seem fine.”

“I received part of my order as stated. The last part was not delivered on the said date. I tried calling, but no response. I e mailed. I got through eventually and was told the last part of my order would not be delivered until a week later. They should have informed me of this hence the three stars.”

“May delivery promised but arrived early April, very good, service in the past very poor, could not reach Company on telephone & no reply to emails, so poor I could not place £200 order so ordered elsewere , thought I would give another chance with this order, & yes an improvement, but stlll a long way to go”

“After I had ordered and paid for the light,I had an email to say I would receive 10% off my 1st order.It would have been better making the offer before I placed the order.As such I shall not deal again with a company which uses these sort of tactics.”

“Was offered 10% discount on first order but code didn't work - when I emailed ref this was told it didn't apply to already discounted products - however the items I wanted were not reduced just stated Price Matched - emailed again stating this but got no reply.”
