Can I suggest you ask for a review after their delivery has taken place, alway irritating to ask how you did when nothing has arrived yet. Just demonstrates what a vacuous procedure this online bolstering is.

Electric tooth brush will not fit the shaver point correctly. It fits enough to work but wobbles in the connection so I will not use it I contacted customer service who checked out the problem with their management Management response was that the shaver point was for shavers only. I find this difficult to except as this has never been a issue with my the unit I was attempting to replace. As I had installed the light customer service stated that they would not except the light back.

Very poor had a broken lantern they said they couldn't get one as they were not sold as a separate item. Was told had to buy a complete new unit although only had 24 hours. Managed to purchased one in 48 hours from importer/wholesaler

All of our lights arrive in stock complete and ready for dispatch. We do therefore not have any spare parts for our products. If lights become damaged in transit we replace the whole product. I am sorry you had an accident with your light however we were unable to assist due to not being the manufacturer. The Customer Care Team

2 nuts where missing on delivery - I emailed Peter Monday first thing (in fact Sunday night) explaining & could he pop 2 in the post asap as electrician coming Thursday. His response was - email had been forwarded to customer services to deal with, if I needed them urgently give them a call myself...we called & left a message, plus I emailed only to be told 3 days later that they will put them in the post IF they have them!! How frustrating! Having worked in CS myself, I would have owned the problem if I'd been Peter & found out if there were 2 nuts that could have been sent out, secondly, how can it take 3 days for such a vague response....Not award winning in my view. A week later, we have no nuts & still do not know when (or if) we will be getting them....

Very happy with my pendant but the bulb that was cross sold to me didn't fit the pendant as was too wide. Very disappointing

I live in France and as I was in England for a short time, I ordered from you a garden light, to be delivered to an UK address. The Item was delivered but unfortunately on two occasions we missed the deliver. So we went to the DPD depot in Ecclesfield, only to be told that you had recalled the item. As we are now back in France could you arrange for a full reimbursement of the purchase price

I chose the light I wanted on the internet and had a few companies to choose from which sold the light. Instead of going for the cheapest company, I went for this company as it had the quickest delivery time of "next working day". I ordered this Saturday morning and I expected this to be delivered on Monday as I consider this to be the "next working day". This was important to me as I was off work all weekend including Monday. However, I received an email Monday evening stating the light had been dispatched. Tuesday I was back at work and came home to a missed parcel note through my door so I've had to rebook this for a week later when I was off work again. Had I known this would happen, I would have ordered the light elsewhere and gone for a cheaper company. What a waste of time! It remains to be seen if this is delivered to me tomorrow. I'll never order from this company again. Very disappointed.

I am sorry for the confusion. We work a standard 8.30-5.30 Mon to Friday as on the website. Your order was therefore received on Monday 6th and dispatched that day for delivery on Tues 7th as advised via email along with tracking on the 6th. Unfortunately due to the misundersatanding you were not home on 7th to take in the parcel and Fedex were unable to deliver so held it until 14th as requested when it was delivered and signed for. Product failed after 5 minutes clearly a wiring problem. I tried to repair this myself which is why it is not being returned. A shoddy and badly made product.

Two bedside lamps were order with express delivery (1-2 working days) on 22 May. There was no indication about stick issues until I had placed the order where I was told that they were not in stock and I would be informed when they were. I then received an emailed informing me that they were being dispatched separately the second of which did not arrive until the 2 May. Additionally the second lamp arrived with a European plug not UK so I have had to pay for a new plug. They did refund me the express delivery charge of £2.48. Won?t be in a rush to use them again...

This company has taken my order and my money on the 3rd of January, failed to deliver the light shade, sends me and invoice and asks how they did! I have phoned the company four times, emailed twice,resorted to twitter and still nothing. I note from the invoice that they have used the wrong postcode and even inserted a middle initial in my name, which I do not have! Do not bother to order from this company. I just hope I get my money back, which at this stage I doubt.

I am sorry you have not received your order as yet however as per my previous emails we dispatch goods as per the information received from the customer at the time of the transaction. I have forwarded a copy of your order confirmation to you directly showing the details provided to us when the order was placed. We have now been delivered 3 light all with faults. One parcel was totally crushed with a very damaged shade.
