The service was very good but the light bulbs don?t work they rattle in side like they are faulty

I am sorry to hear the two bulbs you bought were faulty. Clearly if they are rattling they were somehow damaged in transit. Our Customer Care Team would have been more than happy to assist you immediately had you reported the damage on receipt. Dreadful website - took me 3 goes to successfully register and purchase - and i do lots of internet shopping. The discount code they emailed me didn't work! Communication about when your order will arrive could be better.

When I ordered the lamps I payed for next day delivery but they were delivered to a different address 4 days later. I received an email saying delivery was later but I was charged for next delivery and was not expecting them to be delivered to a different address as well where I had to go and collect them.

Ordered 2 lights showing in stock and 2 bulbs, paid for next day delivery. 2 days later bulbs arrived but no lights; despite endless emails none mentioned that lights were out of stock. Company do not seem to see any issue and refusing to refund the extra delivery charge. Sign of a company is how they deal with problems- Disappointing

Customer service is appalling. I placed an order on Weds. It was due to be delivered on Fri. When the item did not arrived, I called customer service and I was told the item is sitting there waiting to be posted since I have chosen 3-5 days delivery option (although this was not true. Their system does not give any other delivery options). I pointed that I need the item for the weekend, I was then told that I have to pay extra for the Sat delivery which I reluctantly paid. But they failed to deliver the item on Sat. I called on Monday (several times) and I was then told the item is ready for delivery for Tues. I told them that I am cancelling my order and I don?t want their services and I was told they have taken the money out of my account and will only be refunded when they receive the goods back!

I am sorry you are disappointed with your shopping experience and will of course contact you directly about the bulb you purchased. With regard to your comments on delayed delivery - you ordered on Monday 26th June @ 13:52 choosing the delivery option of up to five days.  Your order was delivered by DPD just after mid day on Friday 30th June,  thus  within the time frame you yourself chose.  I am therefore confused at this part of your feedback. Unfortunately when we fitted our lights to the wall they were not cool white as described on the box, but yellow white. Too much hassle to send back but won?t use you again!

I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We only stock this light in cool white so I think perhaps it may be your perception of the light colour as it does not come in warm white. The service for delivery was fine the product is totally not as expected , the lights are more industrial looking than I expected but as they were being placed at first floor height I went ahead and let the electrician fit them as it was really for the lighting effect that I had purchased them , they are nothing like what I expected or as advertised in the picture certainly no more than a basic light , infact the £15.00 ones that I took down from band q were better I paid £70.00 each for these as I thought they were going to give me an up and down light effect , they definatly don?t

The light colour was advised as black, its not it is graphite; thus its a wrong colour to match the other similarly designed lights. We will be returning the product and seeking a refund.

The quality of the Dingle LED light was very poor It should not cost £5 to return a product if poor quality

Excellent product, excellent price, packed well but badly let down by their delivery partner FedEx with their attitude to deliveries and their customers who don't seem to want to follow their own options on their own delivery card, ignoring customer delivery instructions and delivering items just where they feel like it.

At 10:25 am I was told light fittings would be delivered between 11:00 and 13:00 the same day. Totally inadequate notice. Checked App was set to re-deliver next working day but the courier still left the parcel outside. It rained overnight.

I placed two orders several weeks apart. There was no communication from the company until I instigated a complaint due to non arrival. On both occasions they were out of stock so, next day delivery was never going to happen. Yes they apologised but the same mistake twice.......

I am sorry you experienced delay in receiving your orders. Periodically difficulties can be encounted getting very popular items into stock although we do our best to ensure this is not a regular occurance. Currently we are taking steps to make sure this happens on an even rarer basis and look forward to having even more stock immediately available to our customers.
