I am very sorry you have had a problem reaching us, I do apologise nobody was available when you called, we have received your message left at 1.50pm today and have checked the details of your order. I am afraid the light you have ordered and received is correct as per your order I have emailed a copy to you along with the correct code for the LED battery picture light and return details should you need them. Dreadful, any issues with orders nobody answered the phone, replied to answer machine messages or emails until I threatened to claw the money back from my credit card. Once I returned my products it took nearly a month to get a refund. Would never shop here again

The light came with light bulbs they recommend and they don't fit . Please could someone contact me to send the correct Ines as I don't know what they are

Never did get my purchase. Was mucked about soooo much on the delivery that in the end I cancelled my order. Dreadful service.

They were fantastic when I placed the order. My light was delivered quickly and all was good BUT when we had the fitting installed the last piece of glass was shattered. I have sent an email and left 4/5 messages over 4 days and have no reply. I'm very dissapointed.

Poor. I have been given 3 different delivery dates and although I can understand the difficulties and delays with orders during this time I have still not received 1 of the items on my order. The fact I have been asked to rate the service suggests lighting direct thinks all items have been delivered

By using another carrier, Hermes still have not delivered my parcel! They said I was not in house when they tried to deliver on Xmas eve, which is a lie. It has been impossible to get in touch with Hermes.to get them to give me a new delivery date! If they had half a brain they would have left my parcel at one of their collection shops and informed me so that I could collect it myself. I would never buy another item from any company which uses Hermes.

I ignored earlier posts at my peril. Bought two Dow lights and BOTH has outsides with rust scratches and stains by some toxic corrosive substance dripping over half the light which would not wash off. When I phone to conplainI was asked if I knew what the product should look like. Yes I do. Why on Earth don?t they check these before dispatch as there is obviously a dud batch somewhere as I?m not the only one who has had to go to the trouble of waiting in for bother delivery and then for the DHL man to pick them up to return

I am still waiting for my light which brought on the 22nd January. I have had no confirmation to even say it has been dispatched yet but on a email from your self I should be with me on the 23rd January. I would like to know where it is please as I have not got or sign for it.

Thank you for getting in touch.  Your order was indeed due for delivery on  Tuesday 24th January.   FedEx attempted delivery on the 24th at 13:45 however there was no one available to provide a signature. As per the details on our website, unless alternative delivery arrangements are made at the time of the order FedEx must get a signature or unfortunately take the goods back to their depot.  I will contact them directly and get this matter resolved for you.  For future reference if you were to have contacted us by either phone, email or web message  immediately the due date was not met we could have resolved the matter without this long delay. I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. Having checked the DPD tracking information it would seem they tried to deliver on 25th March at 17:03 and again on 26th March at 12:42. Unfortunately when you did not respond to their request for contact thy arranged for your order to be sent back to us. I bought a light fitting for a client, but on receipt it was not as described. Customer service used the usual reply "we are sorry its not what you were expecting" Poor deal all round and left me out of pocket.

This fitting is described on our website  as a ?5 light chandelier in clear acrylic glass??.  Admittedly we made an error at a point further down and described the droplets as ?glass?instead of ?acrylic glass?,  an error for which I have apologised  profusely and do so again now.  This was changed on our website immediately you brought it to our attention.   We have now collected this item via our carriers, refunded you in full and made every attempt in the various communications back and forth to bring this matter to a conclusion that is satisfactory to you.  Customer Service excellence is of the utmost importance to us, feedback on this very forum is testament to that, and therefore it is disappointing that you appear to feel our response to your feedback was less than satisfactory.

Promised purchase on 19th April and got told we would get a one hour delivery slot, as of the 24th April we have had neither delivery nor delivery slot

I have ordered a set of garden lights and after ordering them, realised that I've ordered the wrong ones. Although I sent an email as instructed, it was ignored and sent out for delivery. When I called the number, they have put a note for the delivery guy that the delivery was going to be ignored and it never turned up. I've ordered the correct set and that never turned up either. They have already taken the money from my account for both! - will call and cancel the whole lot!

The glass on one end of light was cracked and the outer glass rim was not even present in box ! So it was obviously a returned dansmged item before I received it . Also the colour, which states anthracite online , was not what I expected more like stainless steel. No colour stated in box either.
