“Wall light was inadequately packed and arrived with the glass shade broken. You would think that an established lighting company would know how to pack things safely.”

“I ordered 2 lights for our low-ceiling landing, which were very well priced. I paid for the 3-5 days delivery as I thought the quicker delivery charge was quite expensive. I received an email to say the lights had been dispatched the same day and were delivered the next day. Overall I am really pleased with the service received and will definitely be using again and recommending to others.”

“I purchased a Dar floor lamp from this company and the service I received has been excellent. The lamp was deliver very quickly and extremely well packaged. The after sales serviced i received was first class, with an immediate response from Customer Services Department who effectively dealt with my query. I don’t normally write reviews, but I can highly recommend this company and will be buying from them again.”

“Haven’t used Lighting Direct before & I’m really impressed! Delivery was super speedy & the lamp I ordered is beautiful! It has a European plug but Lighting Direct include one of those UK plug that clips around the European one so it doesn’t end up a huge, bulky plug sticking out of the socket. Would recommend & will purchase again! Thanks!”

“I am pleased with what I have been sent my only complaint is that one of the light fittings was out of stock and when i ordered it it didn’t say they were. Which was disappointing. I have sent a message to ask when they will be in but I have only received a general electronic response so far, if you can help on this please respond. Pauline miller”

“Ordered a picture frame light. Beautiful when arrived, reasonable price and excellent service throughout. The product was well packed and delivered on time. The product seems to be well made and looks very solid not flimsy etc. I would totally recommend this company and will be shopping here in the future.”
