“I ordered beautiful lights and when they turned up the glass was all broken. I am returning them and hopefully will have better luck on my replacements. I feel they should be packaged better. I have received glass pendants from a separate retailer and these were fine.”

“I've been searching for a lamp with these exact specifications for some time and I'm very pleased with the purchase. When I ordered the lamp 'Lighting Direct' made it clear that the lamp was 'not currently in stock' but should be available in a few weeks. I was very happy to wait. However, I received an email to tell me the product would be delivered within a few days and another informing me the exact date of delivery. The product was extremely well packaged to avoid any breakages in transit. Needs assembling but instructions are clear - I would advise 2 people if possible (quite fiddly). Took 2 of us about 45 mins to assemble but needs patience. Bulbs were not included (a thing of the past). The lamp looks very attractive and having the light switches on the stem (rather than a foot switch) with a dimmer for the main light is brilliant. Exceptional value for money.”
