“Had a string of lights from a few years ago, which have been brilliant. The first bulb went recently so bought 5 spares. They arrived the next day!! Superb service and excellent lights.”

“9 days after ordering with rapid delivery paid for as an extra I still have not received these lights. I have phoned and emailed and was promised last week that they were dispatched last Thursday and would be with me on Saturday at the latest. I phoned again and was told they would dispatch this coming Thursday. I will wait and see. Very disappointing indeed.”

“Like many people over the last two years online shopping has become the norm and experiences vary.I've not used this company before and the first impression is how professional it is in its approach.Very much geared to providing a service online its actually rather good.The product range is impressive,prices competitive and whatever the amount you spend they treat it as if its the most important thing they have done that day.I'm keen to upgrade light fittings now which is something I hadn't considered until seeing the variety of fittings on the site so may well use them.In any event I'm very impressed at the quality,price and speed of delivery.Thank you.”
