“I have not yet recieved my light fittings. Lighting direct use Hermes, the worst delivery company in the world and they seem to have lost my parcel. 'There is a problem' they say. The electrician is booked and no lights!”

I am very sorry Catherine if you have been inconvenienced. We sent out a replacement order once it was established there had been an issue.
