“Easy online ordering system and delivery within timescales stated. We have opened our new lamp posts and our initial reaction is that they look good. We won’t know for sure how good they are until we get an electrician to connect them. Just one comment on the delivery ..... we didn’t get a notification on delivery until about 6.45 in the morning for a delivery slot between 7.30 - 9.30 am. It was lucky that my husband was able to be there as I had to go to work.”

“Excellent retailer. Website was very good and easy to find what I wanted. Great pricing, couldn’t find anything like the lights I picked on any other website at a comparable price. My items turned up really quickly and the quality is excellent.”

“I received an email regarding my "Invoice" from Lyco Group Limited (Lighting Direct), stating that "Our carriers will be in touch with you directly in due course with all the necessary details", however (and, admittedly, not to my necessarily unpleasant surprise) APC Overnight delivered my consignment without further announcements. I felt the email inviting me to write this review about my shopping experience on Lighting Direct arrived a bit too soon, as I hadn't received my order yet.”

“The lamp ordered arrived quickly and well packed. Just as well, as the corner of the box had a good bash en route. Nevertheless, it works.”

Thanks for getting in touch. Your order left us on Friday 29th and was delivered on Monday 1st November which is in line with the service you chose of one to two working days. Not quite sure where we have gone wrong here. The Customer Service Team
