“I purchased lights in 'warm white and white'...they look silver and gold when lit, beautiful, can't wait for next Christmas to put them on the tree. The price was competetive, fast and efficient delivery. I would use this company again. The UPS delivery left my parcel outside on the step and the box was slightly squashed even though it said FRAGILE on the box, though the item was unharmed.”

We deal with dozens of emails on a daily basis thus by the time yours was read the warehouse had already processed the order and we could not reverse the status. An urgent instruction would have been better advised via phone immediately, rather than by email. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched just as quickly as possible to meet our delivery commitments to our customers. I am sure you would not appreciate placing an order and us having a relaxed attitude to dispatch. The Customer Care Team
