“Great service received, item arrived sooner than estimated. Unfortunately the picture light required screwing into the wall which I was not expecting so I had to return the item. Return process was easy, shame re the returns charge though!”

“lighting fixture arrived broken, not sure if it left the supplier broken, or was damaged in transit, company agreed to replace, apprehensive about similar damage to replacement arriving either today or tomorrow”

“Ordered a picture frame light. Beautiful when arrived, reasonable price and excellent service throughout. The product was well packed and delivered on time. The product seems to be well made and looks very solid not flimsy etc. I would totally recommend this company and will be shopping here in the future.”

“I received my order this morning. I am delighted with my purchase although not yet installed. I am always hesitant buying on line when you haven’t seen the product but in this case I was very pleased with the quality and colour of the fitting. I am also very impressed with the secure packaging the product was well protected both inside and out. Top Job!”
