Missing items from original order. Contacted and confirmed would follow shortly. Items did not arrive. Contacted Lighting-Direct to find out what what happening but no further contact. Items finally arrived but disappointed with the fact that my emails were ignored. Would think again before using in the future.

I cannot give feedback the items aren?t received one item is out of stock and until it comes in they won?t send rest of order

It was wrong of them to advertise the parts I ordered as "in stock" as I then paid for 48 hour delivery - when the goods did not arrive I called them to find out the status of the order only to be told that they had no goods in stock, although some were "due in" I requested and subsequently received a refund of the additional postage charge, but it should never have been allowed in the first place when the gods were not IN STOCK as confirmed by their CSD operator when I called. Otherwise OK

No problem with Lighting Direct, good choice and respond quickly. The problem however is they have chosen Hermes as their delivery partner so you have 50/50 chance of receiving your item and as I have found out it is impossible to use them to return the item, having to find another way of returning it.

Service and delivery excellent, however it was not until the light arrived the instructions indicated that an earth spike was required for installation . This item is not available from lighting direct and had to be sourced from elsewhere. If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased the item and found somewhere that sold both

Lights themselves are great. Paid for ?express delivery? on two orders both before the cut off times saying they?d be delivered the next day. Both took an extra day. Not a big issue as express does say 1-2 days in t&c?s but then just wonder why it says ?order before 6:30 for delivery tomorrow?. Anyways wasn?t too annoyed as things are strange at the moment generally. Also I placed first order and the day the lights arrived they put on a sale offering 20% off the same lights I ordered. I actually needed to order another anyway. I called them to ask if they could refund me the difference between what I paid and the sale price or even give me a coupon/credit to use towards the extra light I needed. They said this wasn?t possible. Not the best service from them to be honest. I said what if I just return the lights I have had delivered and just order 4 from the sale price. They said there was only one left in stock. I said if I return my 3 can I guarantee my stock will be allocated to me, they said no. Overall just didn?t feel as though anyone went out their way to help me out. Average service nothing special.

Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately we only opened one of the 2 lights. When electrician opened second box light badly damaged screws and connection box missing. Asked for replacement and cost of electrician but too late, should of reported it asap. Offered 10 per cent. A shame. Scratched and dented light fitting and a couple of quid back, when I do get it. Be sure to check your purchases. Their quality control needs to be looked at.

My general impression is that this is a good and responsible seller. However, with this order I had issues with being sent a broken product 4 times. Given that they were responsive and were quick to resend the order, and gave me a refund after the 4th failed delivery, I would say they are not bad, but since I did not get a product that I could use I will not give them 5 stars this time round. I think in this case the issue was with the product and not the seller though.

The Last Order came in a box that was falling apart. The Play and Plug Cables and Lights do not relate to the Plug and Play Cable and lights bought a couple of years ago, I had to do some customising to make them fit.

The lights seem fine and were good value for money but some of the items were delayed and the delivery system was confusing and illogical - why deliver two identical lights on different, consecutive days. Also why send out an invoice after I paid weeks earlier and not sent out a dispatch note - mostly trivial complaints I know but it left me less that satisfied.

We paid fro 1-2 day delivery. It was delivered in 4. We asked for a refund of the fast delivery fee. Nothing

Unfortunately one of the 5 lights ordered arrived damaged, packaging could have been better and may have prevented this. Quality of product not great as the fixing holes in the base plate are not in line which makes fixing the up and down light very arkward and time taking.

Lamp is nice but there is a bit of paint missing on the base. Was cheap though.
