We received bulbs by express delivery but no lamps!! No indication on the paperwork of when we will receive the 2 lamps!

Excellent service but wall lights not so good. Difficult to install not enough room at the back for junction box. When eventually installed they do look nice

To be honest the blue light I bought doesn't really give a strong enough blue light for the purpose I want it for, so I am still looking

Problems with the payment system of the website. 3 times I pressed the payment button but nothing happened. I tried a different card but similar problem. No acknowledgement or emails to say that the order had gone through but the next day I saw that a debit had been made on my first card. I rang customer services but it eventually kicked in to answerphone saying they would ring back. Not long after I had a phone call querying that I had ordered the item twice but wasn’t because of my request for a call back. I was pleased that a problem had been detected and it was able to be put right. Staff were helpful and the item delivered promptly. Apart from the website, service was good.

Apologies, your order left us on the same day it was placed however it would seem there was a delay at the carriers depot meaning your order took five days to get to you. The Customer Care Team

Bought a combination of globe copper and glass pendant lights and whilst the shades look fantastic the 'rose' is rather cheap and tacky looking thin silver painted plastic which is only held in place by wedging it to the internal wiring and clip. As a result it doesnt have a continuous close contact fit with the ceiling. I am now looking for an alternative rose or block instead.

I purchased two Eterna under cupboard to replace existing. Although the supplied items were the correct part nos. the connection were different. I requested a link cable to fit the new items but was told that Lightning Direct do not supply that item. I’m now ringing round to locate the cable. Not happy

I apologise but the link cable is not in our range. These under cabinet lights can be linked together if you remove the cap from one end which we did explain at the time. The Customer Care Team

You purchased a beautiful touch table lamp from a manufacturer excelling in quality. I would have to express surprise at your feedback at £29.50 being very expensive. The product could have been returned if not to your liking once it arrived. The Customer Care Team

good price, lightening fast next day delivery, my only issue was that although there were very general wiring instructions there was nothing related to the operation inparticular the PIR distance & time on settings which according to the website & other reviews is supposed to be adjustable

I am pleased with what I have been sent my only complaint is that one of the light fittings was out of stock and when i ordered it it didn’t say they were. Which was disappointing. I have sent a message to ask when they will be in but I have only received a general electronic response so far, if you can help on this please respond. Pauline miller

I ordered 4 light bulbs; 3 were as ordered but one was incorrectly boxed: it was a screw fitting in a bayonet box... so 75% success only.

Beautiful high quality lights however the delivery by Hermes was very poor. If I had known that they used Hermes I would have considered another supplier.

the delivery of the goods has been very poor. i was not notified when delivery was to take place so was at work. next day did not hear delivery although in room at side if front door and they did not rung the bell. contacted delivery firm on 23/12/20 but phone cuts off sent e-mail and had no response. so as yet di not have my order. i have sent another email asking to deliver on 29/12/20. hope you cannsirt this as do nit want lights being returned to you. thanks

My order took a month to arrive. I had one email on the 20th November informing me of a delay and that my order would arrive on the 2nd December. However, after 2 unanswered emails, my 3rd was finally answered and my order arrived on the 20th December! Communication was definitely poor and for a long time I didn’t think I would ever receive my order!
