The item I bought advised it would be with me within 1 day. A week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed and they said a part wasn't available and wouldn't be with me for over a month. I replied and queried why it wasn't advised. It had also since been updated on the website to pre order but still had a much sooner dispatch date to what had since been advised via email. Customer service and communication absolutely shocking.
