“I paid for 1 - 2 day delivery and when the light didn’t arrive tried to get a refund. Customer services said they would refund then no money showed up / they didn’t reply to emails & calls go straight to voicemail. I’m still trying to resolve this!”

Thank you for getting in touch. As advised on the product page for the items you chose these were not in stock at the time of your order thus could not be sent out on a one to two day delivery service. You were refunded on 23rd June almost immediately we received your request. Please check with your bank as these funds left us seven days ago. Kind Regards Patricia Customer Care Manager

“Service and delivery fantastic. The light looks super. However, unfortunately it will be a few months before it is installed as there has been a delay in the installation of our new kitchen sadly. Will review again once light finally installed but does look lovely.”

“Arrived quickly and within the delivery time specified. Well packed. Been looking for theses lights for a while to replace an old set. Nice lights with bright white light & white frosted bulbs. Just what I was looking for. (Hard to find as most lights on sale are ‘warm white).Very pleased. Thank you”
