“The lamp post seems very sturdy, it arrived in a short space of time and was very well packaged. I like the fact that the height can be adjusted, this was one of the reasons I bought it. I haven't seen it lit yet as we have not got it installed in situ yet.”

“I paid for 1 - 2 day delivery and when the light didn’t arrive tried to get a refund. Customer services said they would refund then no money showed up / they didn’t reply to emails & calls go straight to voicemail. I’m still trying to resolve this!”

As advised on the product page for the items you chose these were not in stock at the time of your order thus could not be sent out on a one to two day delivery service. You were refunded on 23rd June almost immediately we received your request. Please check with your bank as these funds left us seven days ago. Kind Regards Patricia Customer Care Manager

“Service and delivery fantastic. The light looks super. However, unfortunately it will be a few months before it is installed as there has been a delay in the installation of our new kitchen sadly. Will review again once light finally installed but does look lovely.”
