“I've been searching for a lamp with these exact specifications for some time and I'm very pleased with the purchase. When I ordered the lamp 'Lighting Direct' made it clear that the lamp was 'not currently in stock' but should be available in a few weeks. I was very happy to wait. However, I received an email to tell me the product would be delivered within a few days and another informing me the exact date of delivery. The product was extremely well packaged to avoid any breakages in transit. Needs assembling but instructions are clear - I would advise 2 people if possible (quite fiddly). Took 2 of us about 45 mins to assemble but needs patience. Bulbs were not included (a thing of the past). The lamp looks very attractive and having the light switches on the stem (rather than a foot switch) with a dimmer for the main light is brilliant. Exceptional value for money.”

“Order arrived ahead of schedule. Well packed in two boxes . This was as well as the outer box had been damaged in transit. The light fitting is great quality. After sales were very helpful with fitting advice.”

“Well, I ordered and payed for 3 pendant lights. I had to call & email about delivery. I eventually received 1 light & I am still waiting for the other 2. I was told a while ago that I should have them on 18 Jan. Once again I had to contact to ask where they were. I was told that they had been dispatched. & I would hear from the carriers. It is now The evening of 20 Jan & still not heard or received any lights. I think that I should at least be offered a discount on this order. I have had to constantly chase up this order, not impressed at all”
