“Faultless service. I had never used Lighting Direct before so I did a bit of due diligence before placing an order online. This checked out fine, so I ordered an item late Monday evening, opting for Standard Delivery. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message early Wednesday morning from the Courier, DX Express, letting me know the item would be delivered early that afternoon. Sure enough, the item arrived as they had said, perfectly packaged and cushioned by plastic airbags in a large box to protect it from transit damage, and was in perfect order. I would have no hesitation recommending Lighting Direct and DX Express for their superb service.”
