“This is the first time using Lighting Direct, from initial order, to sending a customer query all was handled promptly I placed an order and it all turned up - no fuss, will know more later this year for the products ordered :)”

“Love the outdoor lamp. Very easy to assemble. We bought it to go inside - the supplied flex was too short because it is designed for your electric supply coming up into the light column from the ground below, so we drilled a hole in the base, fitted it with a rubber grommet and fed an extended flex out through the hole to a plug socket.”

“The ordered was not delivered by Evri. All attempts to contact Evri have failed who claim they couldn't find our house despite parking up about 10 metres from our gate.”

“Arrived in broken box and after two days in sunlight still haven't turned on at night..obvously they have never worked even from the try me button . No point sending back as delivery costs ..”

“My order was received the day after ordering. The light looks great and was well packaged. Can't wait for it to be installed. I just hope the motion sensor works well and lasts a long time, as I have seen lots of reviews of other lamps (not from Lighting Direct, though) that say the sensors stop working after a couple of years.”
