“one of the lights was found to be damaged on arrival, the neck had snapped off the pir sensor, I do not think it was done in transit, so if it had been checked before dispatching the problem could have been avoided. I will repair the item myself, because i do not want the hassle of returning the product.”

So sorry to hear your order was damaged on arrival. Under no circumstances would an order be dispatched damaged. Our products are fragile and despite best efforts damage sometimes occurs in transit. “Look like decent LED batten lights, tried them lit up out of the box and pretty damn bright!! Lightning delivery service although the packaging leaves a lot to be desired with the boxes rattling around inside the outer packaging, luckily there was no damage!”
