“Light arrived broken so I had to return it. Then I had no idea whether a replacement would automatically be sent so had to send a follow up email to ask. Turned out a replacement hadn't been sent after all.”

“Very easy web site & very quick delivery. Arrived AOK & well packaged, one minor problem was the attached cable was in my opinion very short; I was able to overcome this & install. AT THE MOMENT WORKING WELL.”

“Ordered 2 days ago and arrived the next day. It has now been fitted to replace similar and looks good and works - so - barring any hidden faults - it will operate for may years to come. Well done and I will use this firm again hwen the need arises.”

“Excellent quick delivery, great quality light. It has a long enough arm to be attached to the wall over the picture (I didn’t want to attach it to my frame.) it needs to be screwed in as the batteries make it heavy. All the fittings are great and supplied. It looks fantastic up. I’m loving the remote and the dimming options. £17 for batteries and I’m Hoping they will last well. So far I’m really really pleased with this product.”

“We ordered a bronze picture light in hope that it would match the bronze picture frame it was to shine above. The said light arrived it was not bronze despite all the paperwork saying so but gold which the label on the box confirmed. After querying this with the company I was told that despite ordering bronze and receiving gold the item was correct as per the manufactures reference number, they are checking their marketing description. The light itself is fine but the colour way out from what I thought I was to receive.”
