“The item was as described and was delivered at the time stated in the email. The package was described as fragile and arrived safely, the driver was very pleasant. Altogether a very pleasant experience. I am looking forward to seeing the light in place.”

“Not a bad site to order from- took a while to send the delivery out and was let down a second time by the delivery company. booked the job in for what I was told delivery would be - not turned up -tried to deliver elsewhere and waited two more days to receive ! messed my working week up. Next time I will order from here a couple of weeks in advance - maybe lighting direct should select a different courior service”

“We have not received our delivery yet APC gave us a time slot we were in and tracking it but it remained at the depot they won’t leave it in a safe place and the depot is too far for us to collect I have rescheduled for Monday in the hope that the time slot on the day will be when I’m in very disappointing the lights I have ordered r samples for me to check ad I need more but I cannot have this inconvenience”

Our customer care team do not appear to have had a request from you for assistance with your delivery. They would have been more than happy to liaise with APC on your behalf and arrange for the parcel to be left wherever you wished. The team can be contacted on customerservice@lighting-direct.co.uk, or by phone 0345 6461137 or via web message. Instructions for APC to leave a parcel other than delivering to the address on the label needs to be advised by us. Disappointing to have a negative review posted when we did not get the opportunity to resolve the issue which we would have been more than happy to do. Thank you for your order. “I bought this uplighter based on the very good reviews. This may not be the cheapest light in this style, but the quality and finish is excellent. I ordered the light on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday and that was using their standard delivery service! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Have purchased lighting several times in the past couple of years, always very prompt delivery and excellent products, exactly as described.
