“Initially I had to contact Customer Services over an on line ordering issue with stock. However issue quickly and efficiently sorted. I was led to expect a slight delay in delivery but to the contrary the items arrived very quickly and I was kept well informed by e-mail.”

“I foolishly paid an extra £5 for rapid delivery. The money would have been better spent on petrol and driving the 17 miles to Milton Keynes to collect the items. Once the company were told we were being messed about by the courier company, they acted and sent the package by a different courier. My wife was held prisoner for nearly 3 days, whilst she "Waited in" for the courier that never delivered. Products arrived and appear to be in good condition. Found "Discount codes" for this supplier on the internet, but they were invalid when applied to the purchase on their website. Doubtful that we would use this company again, expensive, discount disappointment and lamentable delivery.”

“I have not fitted the light at this time so can not comment fully, however visually it is as described and what we expected and liked about it. Trust it will be fine when fitted. If all works well it could be 5 stars???.”

“You said you would send an email when the parcel had been dispatched, and I would be able to track it on it's way here. That did not happen. Also the light fitting arrived in a massive Cardboard Box, with lots of cushion packing. What a waste, over the top, come on get a grip. Also this light fitting is dearer on your Lyco website, than it is on your Lighting Direct website. What is going on. I will say though, the package arrived fairly quickly. It was even delivered on a Saturday.”
