“The supplied product was incorrectly wired and very difficult to fit due to poor design of the the fixings. I had to carry out remedial work before the light would work as it should. I brought this to the attention of Lighting Direct who thanked me for the feedback and said that their purchasing team would be informed. I've heard nothing since nor received any form of compensation for the faulty product and the work I had to carry out on it. This Company could definitely have done better!”
