“Ordered lights and bulbs and paid for express delivery which was 1-2 days. Lights were delivered but no bulbs and no update of when they will be sent. No offer of refund for delivery either. Poor service”

“Ordered two sets of 10L Multi Eureka Solar String Lights. Sadly one had a defective bulb. Lighting Direct gladly replaced the set, picking up the parcel the next day to be replaced. Quick dispatch when I reordered. Great communication throughout. Bulbs are great as well.”
