I felt the items were not as described and requested a full refund. I was told it was my fault for making the wrong choice, as apparently I should have realised that Very Warm White is the same as Antique Bronze, ie orange. The email was quite curt and bordering on rude

The delivery hasnt arrived. The driver said he couldnt find us......we get deliveries evey day! Now it should have been sent to a local drop off point but still not arrived

The item I ordered was supposed to have arrive within around 5 days. By around 10 days still no delivery. I chased customer services regarding the delivery to receive an apologetic reply saying they were out of stock but due more stock on the 7th December. I still have no delivery nor have I had any update. Non existent customer service unless you contact them and no delivery!

The lights I ordered did not turn up on the day stated. When I phoned in, the girl told me that they would arrive the next day and couldn't understand why they hadn't been sent out as they were in stock. The next day arrived and lights didn't arrive again. I phoned in again. The girls at the end of the phone were not interested and completely disengaged. Poor service.

We are STILL waiting for our light. Despite our parcel been out for delivery Thursday 26th, Friday 27th and Monday 30th September and every day we get the same message of "There's been a slight delay with your delivery, we'll get your parcel to you as soon as possible. Check back again in the morning for an update!". Again today the parcel is out for delivery between 11 and 1 and I have NO FAITH that the light will turn up despite me paying over £3 for delivery! I would have got a faster service with Royal Mail. Shocking service which has put me off using your company again unless delivery changes!!

Fantastic ! There was an initial problem with an item . Staff straight away knew who I was when I called and sorted it immediately.

The order was sent very quickly however prior to the order spoke to an agent who said they will call me straight back but never bothered to call me back

As per your conversation with Louise earlier please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience caused. The parcel was delivered on Wed 27th at 1.59pm which was next working day due to the bank holiday unfortunately there was nobody home so they left the parcel in the storage unit but should have left a card to advise this. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but all the bulbs don't seem to be working and rattling slightly when I move them so they may have got broken in transit

Sadly, Lighting-direct appear not to respond to emails after a customer's purchase. Light was not operating correctly and I emailed for advice. No answer at all.

poor as items weren't in stock and came in 3 different shipments over the course of 2 weeks and no notification was given to me at the time of order had to delay workmen to fit the goods as they were no here on time in one batch

Was given the option of next day before 12 delivery. This came at a cost but was convenient as there was someone in on that day. Parcel wasn?t delivered until a day later. Admittedly it was before 12 but meant that another day was disrupted. Upon contacting them they said the weather was bad. No offer to refund the postage, just a ?we don?t care attitude ? Not recommended at all

We still have not rec'd the bulb DPD driver is still unable to find us and has not phoned for directions This is the first time a driver has been unable to find us; sat nav usually finds us without a problem
