Disappointed lights were for 90th birthday party but failed to arrive. Lights were then changed because unavailable and lights were of poor quality than the ones ordered Upset and frustrated

Wrong product was delivered though despite providing proof of this I was not believed and told I could only return the product if I paid myself. Response from customer services was patronising. I ask to raise the issue as a formal complaint but so far have heard nothing back.

Total waste of money for next day service. The package came 15 mins after my electricians'leaving time of 4.30. I was canned. The light has yet to be erected

not acceptable to take payment when you don't have the stock. Not acceptable to see I paid for an overnight service and then inform me after close of business that you can't fulfil the order

By responding to customer emails & generally attempting to deal with queries direct. Delivery of my recent order was twice attempted at the incorrect address, despite the delivery address being correct on my order (of which both Lighting Direct & DPD were informed) I then received an email stating my delivery had been returned to Lighting Direct & then another informing me I'd been refunded for the undelivered item. At no point was I contacted to discuss options/receive an apology/ask why the parcel hadn't actually arrived. My son had set his heart on this item as his bedroom has recently been decorated. I shall now be sourcing it from elsewhere & will NOT be recommending Lighting Direct to any of my friends or family.

Orders are dispatched to the address we receive electronically when customers complete their transactions on-line, as we did in this case. We do our very best to assist customers when errors are made but once the order is in transit with the driver this is sometimes not possible. I am sorry for the disappointment caused to your son. Due to DPD delivery service or lack of it this was the worst experience I have ever had of ordering goods online. Driver was rude, unreasonable, agitated and walked of refusing to leave my parcel . All I requested was to check, if the one item being delivered, was not damaged before I signed for it. He refused to let me check the item returning to the van, refused to communicate with me, Spent ten minutes outside my house still refusing to give me my parcel, then drove off with no explanation as to how I was going to get my item. Just terrible attitude and behaviour. I would never use DPD delivery serbices ever again

Deliver what the customer ordered and changed their customer service staff. I?ve never encountered such aggressive people working with customers

The advice from the helpline people was very good and would get 5 stars on own merit BUT for the fact you use a premium rate phone number that resulted in an additional £7 cost to my purchase.... c'mon, that's not good customer service in 2018!

Sorry to say I've still have not received my goods and I've been charged for express delivery... fully appreciate times are hard but don't take peoples money if you can't deliver the service you are offering, its a shame because up until this point the service was ok.

The blue bulb is of poor quality and when lit is not bright blue but rather whiteish.

Products have not arrived. Lighting direct use FedEx who delivered the products and left it with another party without taking note of where this was. This was a week ago, Lighting Direct still been unable to locate my products, but of course, I have been charged.

Very glad that we managed to finally track down your package and you did finally receive your fittings on the 7th Sep. This is a rare occurance however understandably very frustrating for you all the same. The protocol in place for the carriers is to obtain a signature on delivery and if this is to a nearby property as the customer is not home, a card with details left to advise. In your case this did not happen and for this I apologise. We have of course referred this matter to FedEx for investigation and you can be assured it has been addressed.
