“Order was really quick , arrived within couple of days ! Lights are lovely but the little pull cords are cheap and are probably not going to last very long !”

“Well what can I say, I ordered a table lamp it arrived it was a lot smaller than anticipated I followed the return procedure which was smooth and easy to complete. Will definitely be ordering from them again”

I am sorry you are disappointed however the carriers attempted delivery on the 14th June at 09:24 and 16th June respectively, however did not get any response at the address. We await instructions with regard to a convenient date for re-delivery. The Customer Care Team

“My lights were due yesterday. I stayed in to receive my order and got an email from the delivery company to say no one was in which was a lie - there were three of us here. I called and emailed Lighting Direct and the delivery company and no one has answered my emails or phone calls. I need the lights tomorrow so I’m going to have to drive over to the delivery depot and hope they have my lights.”

Very sorry to read you are so disappointed. Our carriers have advised they could get no response when they attempted delivery on 11th at 11:36am. Unfortunately, APC cannot leave goods outside without express permission. I am pleased to note your order has now been delivered and sincerely hope you are delighted with your choice.
