“My lights were due yesterday. I stayed in to receive my order and got an email from the delivery company to say no one was in which was a lie - there were three of us here. I called and emailed Lighting Direct and the delivery company and no one has answered my emails or phone calls. I need the lights tomorrow so I’m going to have to drive over to the delivery depot and hope they have my lights.”

Very sorry to read you are so disappointed. Our carriers have advised they could get no response when they attempted delivery on 11th at 11:36am. Unfortunately, APC cannot leave goods outside without express permission. I am pleased to note your order has now been delivered and sincerely hope you are delighted with your choice. “Saw on line the outside light wanted. Ordered was so easy payed picked standard delivery and with in 46 hours it was on my doorstep by DX couriers which also was very nice thank you Lighting direct lm very pleased with the service.yours Barry .D”

“Even though item I ordered was not suitable the help I recieved by call center was great and return procedure worked well apart from the problem I had obtaining the correct label, no printer. Saying that the agent who arranged one by post was most helpful, great. Hope the refund is as straightforword.”

“Still waiting for my lights hence the 2 Star review. This is frustrating as I order on Monday and am still waiting as of this evening despite paying for Express Delivery which should be delivered within 1-2 days. No idea what the lights look like, however bought Elstead as I have previously had lights from this brand which have always been quality. Lighting Direct - sort out your delivery and communicate with your customers.”

Sincere apologies for the delay. The parcel left us on time on the 31st. However, a delay at the depot resulted in it being caught up with the Jubilee bank holidays of Thurs 2nd & Friday 3rd June which meant delivery did not take place until Monday 6th. Our Teams were on a break then also hence no response to your communications at the time We have of course refunded your delivery charge and regret any inconvenience this situation caused.
