“Still waiting for my lights hence the 2 Star review. This is frustrating as I order on Monday and am still waiting as of this evening despite paying for Express Delivery which should be delivered within 1-2 days. No idea what the lights look like, however bought Elstead as I have previously had lights from this brand which have always been quality. Lighting Direct - sort out your delivery and communicate with your customers.”

Sincere apologies for the delay. The parcel left us on time on the 31st. However, a delay at the depot resulted in it being caught up with the Jubilee bank holidays of Thurs 2nd & Friday 3rd June which meant delivery did not take place until Monday 6th. Our Teams were on a break then also hence no response to your communications at the time We have of course refunded your delivery charge and regret any inconvenience this situation caused.
